Every result comes from live requests to the site at the moment you run the check. Nothing is estimated.
The page is read as the server sends it, before any JavaScript runs, the way link previews and many crawlers see it.
Server response is timed from my server after the connection is set up, so distance doesn’t count against the site.
PageSpeed scores come straight from Google’s PageSpeed Insights for a mid-range phone, and vary by a few points between runs.
